Journey schedules, services, fares and confirmed reservations are subject to change or cancellation based on a variance in Amtrak’s timetables and operations and other unforeseen circumstances, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions. The reserved type of bedroom will be provided but there is no certainty that passengers will be traveling on a specific Car or type of Car; cars may be improved and introduced after advance sales are sufficient to ensure high occupancy, which allows ATs to limit surplus inventory and pass related economic benefits on to consumers by offering lower fares.
