Deposits and Payment

Introductory Fares are guaranteed and departure dates confirmed for a refundable deposit equal to 1%
of the per person Fare. The deposit is increased to $350 per person 120 days before departure dates.
Payment in full is required prior to 90 days before departure.

Deposits and full payments are held in trust until the respective departure date, as required to provide and
pay respective Journey by Rail costs; and/ to pay requested refunds, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions

Amtrak: Itineraries, schedules and rail Car movements and use are subject to Amtrak operating conditions, restrictions and changes.
